I - INTRODUCTION ABOUT BUSINESS LOUNGE PRIORITY CARD (BLP)

A new and prestigious product in the Vietnamese aviation service industry.

The Business Lounge Priority card (referred to as the "Card") is a corporate-linked card that allows cardholders easy access to services at business lounges in airports nationwide, regardless of their flight class. 

Not only does it offer luxurious and upscale spaces, but the lounges also provide a diverse range of culinary delights and beverages. Most lounges have newsstands, entertainment screens, flight information displays, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additionally, some lounges offer superior amenities such as shoe-shining machines, separate smoking areas, business utility zones, shower rooms, and massage chairs. 

Departing from the hustle and bustle of the airport on each journey, indulging in spaces imbued with local charm or savoring a delicious cup of coffee will bring passengers moments of absolute relaxation before each flight.

  • Comfortable seating areas.
  • Access to magazines and newspapers.
  • Screens displaying flight information.
  • Entertainment via cable television.

Some lounges may also feature supplementary facilities such as:

  • Shoe shining machines.
  • Massage chairs.
  • Business amenities (computers, internet, email access, wifi...).
  • Designated smoking areas, well-equipped bathrooms, and bathroom essentials.

Please note that amenities may vary across lounges and are subject to changes without prior notice to cardholders.

Cardholders are advised to keep track of their boarding times, as lounges do not announce boarding calls.

IV. CONDITIONS, TERMS, AND APPLICABLE POLICIES

APPLICABLE POLICIES

  • Cardholders are advised to keep track of their boarding times, as lounges do not announce boarding calls.
  • Cardholders are required to present their Card and Boarding Pass at the lounge reception desk.
  • The Card applies to the Cardholder only.
  • Cardholders are entitled to complimentary access to all lounge services within the system.
  • The Card must be valid at the time of service utilization.
  • The Card is non-transferable, non-salable, and non-refundable.

  1. Card Format

Cardholders are provided with a physical Card and a Card sent by express delivery to the registered address of the Member according to the list provided by the cooperating business entity.

     3. Regulations on Cardholders and Business Lounge Priority Card

Cards are provided to Cardholders upon request from the business entity.

The Business Lounge Priority Card is the property of Noi Bai Airport Services Joint Stock Company.

Cardholders are advised to immediately report to the Card issuer if the Card is lost or stolen.

NBAS and the cooperating business entity reserve the right to amend these Terms, including Cardholder benefits and lounge participation, at any time.

NBAS does not guarantee continuous maintenance of the Business Lounge Priority program. NBAS may terminate or suspend the Business Lounge program at any time. NBAS will notify Cardholders at least 01 month in advance of termination or suspension, unless NBAS ceases business operations or transitions to other forms of management, in which case NBAS may immediately terminate or cancel the Business Lounge Priority program without notice.

Lounges may refuse guests in the following cases:

  • The lounge is overcrowded.
  • Cardholders and accompanying guests (if any) do not comply with the service usage procedures, are intoxicated, misbehave, and make loud noises in the lounge.
  • Cardholders lend their cards to others.
  • Cardholders fail to present a valid Card or an invalid Card. 

  1. Card Usage

  • Step 1: Check the list of applicable lounges:

Before each trip, to ensure benefits, Cardholders should keep track of the updated list of lounges at the website address: Songhonglounge.com.vn

Policies for children and additional hours of use will be notified according to the regulations of each lounge.

  • Step 2: At the reception desk, Cardholders please present the Business Lounge Priority Card physically or as an image (the image must display the information for reception staff). If the information matches, the staff will proceed with the procedures for you to use the service.
  1. Cardholder obligations.
  • Cardholders are not allowed to:

    • Engage in misconduct or inappropriate behavior, disrespecting laws, customs, and regulations of the country, including hostile actions, abuse, or aggression towards NBAS or employees and guests of lounges in the system;

      Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities as a guest of a lounge or related to the Business Lounge Priority program;

      Provide or attempt to provide misleading information or create misunderstandings about NBAS or other lounges in the system;

      Lend, provide, or sell, wholly or partially, Cardholder benefits without NBAS's written permission, or attempt to do any of the above;

      Register for participation in the Cardholder program when NBAS has decided to remove the Cardholder from the program (without permission to rejoin from NBAS);

      Engage in actions that violate these Terms in any other way.

    6. Consent/Privacy/Agreement Conditions
  • As a member of Business Lounge Priority, Members agree to allow NBAS to send letters directly to Members or send SMS, make calls, or send emails to notify them about service programs and/or new changes related to Member status and to carry out other invitations to provide services. NBAS will comply with all relevant laws regarding the protection of personal information.   • Using the Card implies that members have accepted the Terms, Conditions, and Policies outlined above.
