I. TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Price policy

• The Price shall be paid in full at the time of booking the service.
• Payment currency is VND at the selling rate of Vietinbank at the time of payment.
• The Price is inclusive of VAT.

2. Child Policy

• Children under 05 years old (not over 02 children per passenger) are free of charge if accompanied by passengers using Lounge service. In case there are more than 02 children/ passenger, the charge shall be 50% adult rate on each additional child.
• Child from 05 to 12 years old is charged 50% adult rate.
• Children above 12 years old are charged as the adult.

3. Surcharge for additional service hours

• You are welcome to stay a maximum of three hours.
• In case you continue using the Lounge, additional charge shall be paid as follows:
  • For 1 to 3 additional hours (as from the end of the service time), the surcharge is 50% of the price.
  • For 3 to 6 additional hours (as from the end of the service time), the surcharge is 100% of the price.

4. Booking code

• Only valid when presented with the valid boarding pass at the Lounge’s lobby counter.
• Non-transferable either from you to someone else or between different airport lounges.
• Only valid for the date specified when you book

5. Your Cancellation

• Cancellation policy has not been provided to the customer.
• Booking will not be refunded in case you do not use the service.

6. Our Cancellation:

• In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all money paid.
• We reserve the right to decline your booking without explanation if we have cause to believe that you might pose a threat to public safety or security in Vietnam.

7. Groups

• 10 people or more are classed as a group. If you wish to arrive as a group, you will need to make an advance booking. Please email sales@songhonglounge.com.vn to arrange this.to

1. Directions

• SONG HONG BUSINESS LOUNGE: After immigration and security check from 3rd Floor, go up the escalator to 4th Floor, International Departure, East Wing, Terminal 2, Noi Bai International Airport (Near gate: 28)
• SONG HONG PREMIUM LOUNGE: After security check from 2nd Floor, go up the escalator to 3rd Floor, Domestic Departure, Terminal 1, Noi Bai International Airport.

2. Important Information

• Our lounges are located in the restricted area. Departing passengers will need to pass through immigration/ security check before proceeding to the lounge.
• Some kind of food and beverage are only available at selected times of the day.
• Food, drink and other items may not be removed from the lounges.
• Flights will not be announced by lounge staff.
